SARA application material
Some SARA application material is currently not available online due to technical issues. While this is being resolved, please contact the relevant regional office if you have questions about recent SARA applications or SARA decisions.
SARA must publish certain material on its website (see below). This is a requirement of the Planning Act 2016 and provides for a more transparent and accountable planning system.
You can also view decisions made by SARA (as assessment manager) under the repealed Sustainable Planning Act 2009.
